Pork Chop Casserole Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium pork chops
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk (optional)
1 (15 oz.) can green beans
potatoes, peeled and diced
Preparation

Brown pork chops in hot oil.
Remove chops and add soup to drippings to make gravy.
If gravy is too thick, add milk to thin. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish with potatoes.
Add green beans.
Place chops on top of beans and cover with gravy.
Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
