Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    pinch of dry mustard
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat half the cheese with a fork in a small bowl until creamy. Stir in yogurt, garlic, mustard and pepper.
    Stir in remaining cheese.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
