Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 stick (2 oz.) butter or oleo
1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
2 1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in baking pan.
Add rice; smooth over pan evenly. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over rice.
Place pieces of chicken over rice and soup mix.
Salt and pepper slightly.
Pour water over all ingredients.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
