No Bake Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers, remove seeds and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes
    1 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey or pork; your decision)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground meat and chopped onion together in a small amount of oil.
    Drain excess moisture and fat off.
    Add water, barbecue sauce and Minute rice.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add Velveeta cheese and fill peppers.
    Place in skillet with a little water and heat.
