Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whites of 8 eggs
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    scant c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy, add cream of tartar and beat until they stand in peaks.
    Add sugar slowly, then flour which has been sifted several times.
    Bake in ungreased pan in 300\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Do not open oven door for first 20 minutes.
