Crumb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture for the topping.
    Stir the baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon into remaining mixture.
