Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 small jar pimento
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix.
    Mix margarine with stuffing mix.
    Line bottom of pan with stuffing mix.
    Pour other ingredients over stuffing.
    Put 1/4 package of corn bread stuffing mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
