Potato Cheese Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
dash of pepper
1 garlic clove
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 c. onions
Preparation

In bowl, mix soup, cheese, milk, pepper and garlic.
In 2-quart casserole dish, arrange half the potatoes, 1/2 the onions and 1/2 of the soup.
Repeat layers.
Cover.
Microwave on High for 25 minutes.
Rotate dish 3 times during cooking.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
