Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1-1/4 cups sugar
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can coconut (1 1/3 cups)
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to melted butter, beginning with sugar. Mix well. Pour into a deep dish pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Then lower oven to 350 degrees and cook for 35 minutes or until done.
