Filled Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. scalded milk, with 1/4 c. more sugar
1/2 c. Puritan oil
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water and add 1 teaspoon sugar.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Stir in scalded milk, oil and rest of the sugar.
Let it cool a bit, then add the beaten eggs.
Add the yeast in the warmed water, then flour, little by little.
Knead the dough until it is soft.
Set this aside in the bowl with a towel over it.
Let it rise.
Roll out the dough and fill.
