Rotel Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

In double boiler or in microwave, melt cheese.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
If desired, add sausage (hot), which has been browned, crumbled and drained.
