Morning Glory French Toast(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg whites
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    18 slices French bread (each about 1/2-inch thick)
    powdered sugar (as desired)
    Cranberry Raspberry Topping (follows)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl with fork. Dip bread into egg mixture and place on a plate. Lightly grease cookie sheet and heat sheet in oven 1 minute. Remove from oven. Place dipped bread on hot cookie sheet. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn bread over; bake 2 to 4 minutes longer or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with topping.
