Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, cooked
    purple onion, chopped
    2 c. rice, cooked
    3 cans tomato sauce
    4 red or green bell peppers
    small boiled shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    Cook beef and drain grease. Add onions and shrimp if desired. Cook until meat is done. Add cooked rice and tomato sauce. Cut peppers in half and clean out seeds. Fill peppers with meat mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until peppers are soft. May sprinkle tops of peppers with Tex Joy steak seasoning, if desired.
