Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms (about 24), cleaned
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove mushroom stems and finely chop 1 cup; reserve.
    Combine bacon and onion in a medium glass bowl.
    Cook at High 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp; stir once.
    Drain.
    Stir in reserved mushroom stems, bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.
    Stuff mushroom caps with bread crumb mixture.
    On a glass platter arrange 12 in circular pattern.
    Cook covered at High 6 to 7 minutes.
    Let stand uncovered 2 minutes.
    Serve.
    Repeat for remaining mushrooms.
