Beefy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground round, salt and peppered
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    6 eggs
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (at room temperature)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion together until browned.
    Add garlic, drain any oil.
    Sprinkle pie shell with mixture.
    Beat eggs and soup together until blended.
    Pour over beef mixture. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
