Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
3 medium size grapefruit
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients.
Cut grapefruit in half crosswise. Scoop out meat and membrane.
Pile chicken mixture into grapefruit halves. Top with cheese and crushed potato chips. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with rolls.
