Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
    1/2 c. ground or finely chopped parsley or spinach
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil or butter. Measure cooked rice and ground parsley into a mixing bowl, then add milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, Cheddar cheese and slightly beaten eggs.
    Add sauteed onion and garlic; mix thoroughly and pour mixture into buttered baking dish.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Serves 8.
