2 c. blanched whole almonds (see note)
salt or seasoned salt
Preparation

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 360\u00b0.
Fry dry blanched almonds in oil until lightly browned, using a deep fryer basket or strainer for easy handling.
Drain almonds on absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt while hot.
