Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix rice, parsley, cheese, onion, green pepper and garlic. Blend rest of ingredients together, then stir into rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until like soft custard when inserted with knife blade.
    Use 2-quart casserole, sprayed with Pam.
