Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together the butter, flour and confectioners sugar.
Pat evenly over pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Five minutes before crust is done, mix together the eggs, sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking powder.
Pour mixture over baked crust.
Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
Cut into bars before completely cool.
