Crab Cakes Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. cayenne
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Break crabmeat up finely. Toss with next 6 ingredients.
Stir in sauce which is made as follows:
Melt butter. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add milk and stir constantly until mixture forms a ball. Add to crabmeat combination. Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Shape into cakes.
Roll in bread crumbs and fry in melted shortening.
