Classic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced/chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    4 c. cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes (5 to 6 medium potatoes)
Preparation
    Boil eggs and potatoes; cool.
    Peel eggs and chop, then peel potatoes and cube.
    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper until smooth.
    Add celery, onion, eggs and potatoes.
    Toss to coat well.
    Refrigerate.
