Tim And Mary'S Oriental Morral Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil or peanut oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 slices fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. dry ginger
    optional meat (chicken or steak)
    2 medium onions
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
    asparagus
    water chestnuts
    baby can corn
Preparation
    Stir-fry in heated oil the garlic, onion and rest of spices; add meat. Cook 2 minutes. Steam veggies with soy and water. When veggies are between tender and crispy, add meat and onions.
