Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. apples, chopped

Preparation

Mix ingredients together and place in loaf pans or 11 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
