No Crust Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    18 soda crackers
    1 c. crushed pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, add baking powder and sugar gradually.
    Continue beating.
    Add vanilla, stir in crushed crackers and pecans.
    Pour into 9-inch buttered pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and then refrigerate.
    Top with Cool Whip and fresh or frozen strawberries or chocolate curls.
