Barbecue Beef On French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. beef stew
    1 large orange
    1 small bottle barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 small onion
    French bread
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Boil beef stew meat for 2 hours until tender (very). Cool, then take and shred meat, tearing into small pieces.
    Squeeze orange into small bowl.
    Set aside.
    Dice onion.
    Place meat and onion in skillet. Stir on low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes until meat starts to brown. Add remaining ingredients to skillet.
    Let simmer about 5 to 7 minutes.
    Place beef on bread.
