1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chili sauce or ketchup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Contains 95 calories per 1/4 cup.
Good with beef, pork and chicken.
