Rhubarb Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rhubarb, diced
    3 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Mix together rhubarb and sugar; let stand overnight.
    Next morning, simmer rhubarb mixture 10 minutes.
    Stir in Jell-O.
    Pour in jam jars and freeze when cooled.
