Tuna Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    2 tsp. capers
Preparation
    Place egg in blender and whirl at low speed.
    Slowly add tuna, lemon juice and salt.
    Blend at high speed.
    Remove to serving dish and add parsley and capers.
