Brown Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 strips bacon
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. diced celery
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 c. cooked white rice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Cut potatoes (amount depends on size of pan). Season potatoes with season salt. Add Italian seasoning to taste
and diced onions. Cover pan with tinfoil. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. Add cream of mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz and tuna fish (optional). Bake until brown.
