Shirley Clarke'S Chocolate Walnut Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. walnuts
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
3 c. pared, diced apples
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil, then mix well.
Add walnuts and apples. Stir together.
Pour in greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Icing with custard sauce is optional.
