Creamy Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
3 oz. dried beef, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Combine all in 1-quart baking dish.
Bake until hot and bubbly.
Great served with crackers (warm).
