Chicken Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley (optional)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas (frozen; do not cook)
    2 to 2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix everything in order given.
    Toss lightly.
    Use 8 or more boneless chicken breasts for 6 cups.
