Won Tons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground pork
4 green onions, finely chopped
16 water chestnuts (1 can)
4 tsp. soy sauce
3 thin slices fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. m.s.g.
1 pkg. won ton skins
1 egg white, well beaten
Preparation
-
Put pork, onions and water chestnuts through food chopper (fine blade) or chop well on a cutting board.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
