Pacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, chopped
    2 lb. hamburger
    Cheddar cheese
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Soft-fry potatoes; drain.
    Cook hamburger and follow directions on taco seasoning package, but lessen water to accommodate juice of tomatoes.
    When done, add tomatoes, potatoes and Cheddar cheese.
    Heat flour tortillas; fill with meat mixture and wrap up.
    Can be served with sour cream, guacamole and picante sauce.
    Freezes well.
