Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
2 bananas, sliced (1 1/2 c.)

Preparation

Make favorite bake custard recipe in custard cup.
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of Grape-Nuts to each cup.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
