Pecan-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (3 to 4 oz.) pkg. Roquefort or Blue cheese
1/2 c. (1 small) onion, ground
1 tsp. onion or garlic salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Cut cheeses and onion into chunks and grind in food grinder or process in food processor.
Sprinkle with salt and mix thoroughly. Chill.
