Betty Best Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. lukewarm water
Preparation

Add yeast to lukewarm water and let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
It may help to add a teaspoon of honey or sugar, to feed the yeast.
Meanwhile, in food processor, place flour, salt, sugar and oil.
Process until mixed.
Add yeast water through tube while processing.
Mixture should roll into a ball and not stick to the bowl too much.
If it does, add a little flour, until it balls up.
