Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
3 tsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix crumbs, brown sugar and butter.
Spread half of it in bottom of 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan.
Beat egg yolks until thick. Gradually beat in sugar, then gently fold in egg whites, then whipped cream.
Add lemon rind and juice.
Pour over crumbs in pan. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
Freeze.
Serve frozen.
