Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Hillshire Farm sausage
    3/4 c. converted rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cut sausage into chunks.
    Combine with 3/4 cup converted rice, 1 can celery soup, 3/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet on medium heat.
    Cover and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in peas and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
