Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. shredded coconut
1 c. butter, melted
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Lightly beat eggs in mixing bowl.
Beat in sugar, water, flour, vanilla and salt until blended.
Stir in coconut and melted butter.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let cool to warm.
