Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can chilled Milnot, whipped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
crushed graham crackers for crust
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add lemon juice and let cool.
Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add cooled gelatin and mix well. Fold in whipped Milnot.
Crush graham crackers and mix with butter.
Pack in well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add filling.
Chill for several hours before serving.
