Ingredients

4 medium apples, cored
1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut unpeeled apple rings in skillet.
Bring honey, cinnamon, vinegar and salt to boiling.
Add apples.
Cook, stirring often, until translucent, for 10 to 20 minutes.
Drain and serve.
