American Beef And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    Accent (use to amount of steak)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large green pepper, cut into rings
    1 large onion, sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil in skillet; add soup, water and seasonings. Simmer, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Add pepper and onion rings to meat; continue cooking until tender.
    Serve over rice.
    (Additional water may be added, if needed, to keep the consistency of rich gravy.)
