Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag chunky frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes in microwave.
    Mix all ingredients together. Reserve enough cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
