Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bunch broccoli, chopped and steamed
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can chicken stock, fat removed
    1 small onion, minced
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 block Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel-sized)
Preparation
    Saute onion until translucent, then add garlic.
    Add flour slowly.
    Stir and cook 1 minute.
    Add broth slowly and stir until smooth.
    Add milk and cheese; stir.
    Add broccoli.
    Thin with milk if needed.
