California Chicken(Or Pork Chops) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    6 chicken breast halves
    2 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle onion soup over bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle rice over soup.
    Lay chicken pieces on rice.
    Dot with butter.
    Pour over this the mushroom soup and water that has been mixed together.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
