King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced onions
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft corn tortillas
    1 lb. (4 c.) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.
    Add soups, tomatoes, broth, garlic and chili powder.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Tear tortillas in strips.
    Alternate layers of tortillas, chicken and cheese in a casserole pan, putting a layer of sauce first.
    Pour remaining sauce over layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
