Flank Steak Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. flank steak
    1 small onion, diced
    2 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. chicken broth or white wine
    1/4 c. chopped cashews
    whole cashews
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    10 oz. spinach, chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    strips of red bell pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (180\u00b0 C).
    Pound the steak on both sides with a mallet.
