Chunky Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground turkey
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
2 large onions
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 can tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 can tomato puree (8 oz.)
1 can chili beans (15 oz.)
Preparation

Brown turkey and add chopped vegetables.
Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6. Serve with dinner salad.
